Sally Roberts

Sally Roberts is a seasoned professional in leadership development, currently serving as the Learning Manager for Leadership Development at BDO in Australia since November 2024. Previously, Sally held the position of Leadership Development Architect on a contract basis at Fonterra from February 2024 to November 2024. Prior to that, Sally was the Principal Advisor for Leadership Development at Rio Tinto from January 2019 to December 2023 and worked as the Culture and Capability Manager at Broadspectrum from January 2018 to December 2019. Sally's extensive experience also includes a role as Senior Program Manager at Deloitte Australia from January 2014 to December 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master of Applied Science in the Psychology of Coaching and Organisational Psychology from the University of Sydney and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Psychological Science from Deakin University.
