Sophie Koopman

Sophie Koopman currently serves as the Manager of Learning, Development & Leadership at Van Lanschot Kempen, a position held since October 2020, where responsibilities include the creation and execution of Learning & Development programs for junior and medior levels. Additionally, Sophie leads the Campus Recruitment team, managing over 200 junior vacancies and internships annually, while overseeing the personal development curriculum for young professionals and the onboarding process for new joiners. Prior experience includes an HR Officer role at Stage Entertainment Nederland, focusing on employee advice, HRIS implementation, and recruitment, as well as an HR & Communications Officer position at Zuster Jansen, concentrating on recruitment and internal communication. Sophie holds a Master’s degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, along with a Bachelor's degree from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
