Didier Leclercq is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Partner Legal M&A at BDO Belgium since February 2018, Didier has held significant roles at various law firms, including Partner at van Cutsem - Wittamer - Marnef & Partners from June 2016 to January 2018, Avocat associé at VVGB Advocaten/Avocats from March 2013 to May 2016, and Partner at Altra Law from September 2008 to February 2013. Prior experience includes a Partnership role at Linklaters from January 2002 to August 2008. Didier's educational background includes an LL.M. from the University of Illinois College of Law, a Licence in Droit from Université catholique de Louvain, and foundational studies in law at UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles.
