Yacoob Ramtoola

Yacoob Ramtoola is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is the Managing Partner of BDO, and has over 25 years of experience in the banking, insurance and hospitality industries.

He has experience in dealing with statutory audit, internal control systems, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, share valuations, listing valuations, and donor funded projects. Yacoob has local knowledge in Burundi, Comoros, Democratic Republic of Congo, Guinea Bissau and Rwanda other than in Mauritius.
