Annika Kuusela is an experienced communications specialist with a strong background in content production and internal communications. Currently serving at BDO Finland since January 2025, Annika previously held similar roles at Verkkokauppa.com Oyj from February 2020 to January 2025, and at Posti Group Oyj from December 2018 to December 2019. Annika's earlier roles include communications trainee and various summer positions at Koja, where assignments involved studying communication culture and developing internal communication strategies. Annika's background in the retail sector includes experience as a shift supervisor and salesperson at Lidl Suomi from April 2010 to November 2014. Annika holds a Master's degree in Speech Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Communication from the University of Tampere, complemented by an exchange program in Media and Communication Studies at Stockholm University.
