Antti Juola has extensive work experience in financial management and accounting. Antti currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at BDO Finland, where they lead the Group Accounting and Controlling Team and the Data and Business Analytics Team. Antti'sresponsibilities include financial accounting, development and management of BI and reporting systems, financial planning, cash management, and mergers and acquisitions. Antti also has experience in robotic process automation and ESG reporting. Prior to their current role, they worked as the Group Financial Manager at Kotipizza Group Oyj, where they managed the Corporate Finance Team and oversaw accounting services, financial planning, and cash management. Antti also took a study leave in the USA in 2019. Before that, they worked at Fennia as a Senior Business Controller and a Business Controller, and at Suomen tulli – Finnish Customs as a Senior Custom Officer and financial planner.
Antti Juola received their Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from LUT University, completing their studies from 2002 to 2005. In 2015, they attended the Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development for the Aalto Financial Executive Program. In 2019, they obtained an Executive Certificate in Organizational Development and Change Leadership from Georgetown University.
