Arnaud Benoit

Arnaud Benoit is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in M&A and auditing. Currently serving as Partner M&A at BDO France since March 2018, Arnaud has held various titles including M&A Director and M&A Senior Manager, and played a key role in the 2022 integration of Hekla CF with the M&A department of BDO CF. Prior to this, Arnaud worked at EY from September 2015 to April 2018 as an M&A Associate and Senior Financial Auditor/Consultant, focusing on significant audit missions in the aerospace and defense sectors, contract reviews, and financial advisory tasks. Earlier experience includes an internship as an Auditor at EY and a position as an M&A Analyst at Oaklins France. Arnaud holds a Master 2 degree from TBS Education and is currently pursuing further education at Universidad del Pacífico in Peru.
