Jerome Réthoré

Jerome Rodriguez is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and marketing within the industrial sector. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Railveyor since April 2024, Jerome previously held key roles at Weir Minerals from September 2012 to April 2024, including General Manager of Comminution (North America), Director of Sales & Business Development, National Sales Manager for Aggregates, and Aftermarket Development Manager. Prior to that, Jerome worked at HAVER & BOECKER CANADA (W.S. TYLER) as Product Manager for Washing Technology from January 2009 to April 2012 and began career as Supplier Quality Engineer/Gauge Technician at Magna International. Jerome holds an MBA from Schulich School of Business - York University and a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
