Alessandro Sala

Alessandro Sala is a seasoned professional in the fields of AI and data analytics, currently serving as Director at BDO Italia since February 2024. Prior to this, Alessandro held the position of Business Unit Director for Data & AI at Advison within Beta 80 Group, where significant contributions included developing the BI and Advanced Analytics Value Proposition, leading a team of over 20 in the Competence Center, and maintaining strategic partnerships, particularly with Microsoft. Previous roles involved leadership positions at Prénatal Retail Group, where Alessandro served as Lead Data Scientist focusing on data insights for decision-making, and at Huko as Data Science Manager, where responsibilities included managing a multicultural team and driving big data solutions. Alessandro began a career as a Data Scientist at ALTEN Italia, notably promoting to Lead Data Scientist while consulting for Vodafone.
