Ard also has a background as Secretary for Raeflex, overseeing evaluations of housing corporations in the Netherlands, and as a coach for aspiring entrepreneurs at New Venture. Ard's earlier career includes management roles at various organizations, complemented by academic qualifications in Business Administration from Radboud University and Business Economics from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
