Roxana-Mariana Beres

Roxana-Mariana Beres is an experienced Advisory Consultant at BDO Romania since October 2017, specializing in financial due diligence, business valuation, and state aid application processes. Previously, Roxana-Mariana held the position of M&A Senior Associate at PwC for a brief period in 2021 and was actively involved in the financial department at ASCIG from November 2014 to November 2017, where responsibilities included tracking expenses, preparing project budgets, and updating organizational regulations. Roxana-Mariana also participated in student-focused projects, handling research, promotion, and recruitment. Roxana-Mariana holds a Master's degree in Accounting, Audit, and Management Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Academia de Studii Economice din București, as well as a high school diploma in Economics from Scoala Superioara Comerciala "Nicolae Kretzulescu."
