Benedict Rykart

Benedict Rykart is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in indirect tax and VAT. Currently serving as Senior Manager Indirect Tax and Mandatsleiter MWST at BDO Schweiz since September 2023, Benedict has previously held positions as a VAT Specialist at Meraxis Group from August 2021 to July 2023, and as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in Indirect Tax at EY from January 2016 to August 2021. Earlier in the career, Benedict worked as a BPO Operations Operator in Tax Services for Swisscom Banking Provider AG from October 2012 to December 2015. Educational qualifications include a MAS FH in MWST/VAT from Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the School of Management Fribourg (2008-2012).
