Stefan Dominik Piller

Stefan Dominik Piller has extensive work experience in the field of tax and legal services. Stefan Dominik currently holds the position of Partner and Head of Tax & Legal at BDO Switzerland, based in Zurich, since January 2021. Prior to this role, they served as Partner and Head of Tax Zurich from January 2019 to December 2020. Stefan Dominik also worked as a Director in Private Client and Business Tax Services from January 2017 to December 2018. Before joining BDO Switzerland, Stefan was employed at BDO USA, LLP as a Senior Tax Manager on a secondment basis from February 2014 to July 2014. Stefan Dominik also gained valuable experience at Staubli + Partner AG as a Fiduciary Manager from March 2005 to August 2009. Stefan started their career as an Associate at Aeberli Treuhand AG from August 2001 to February 2005. Additionally, they have served as a Member of the Board at Pro Adelphos / Mission Without Borders (Switzerland) since 2019.

Stefan Dominik Piller pursued their education in the field of tax law, acquiring the degree of Swiss Certified Tax Expert from EXPERTsuisse between 2010 and 2013. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, they attended STS Schweizer Treuhänderschule, specializing in the study of fiduciary with Swiss Examination and obtaining a degree in 2008.
