Holly P. Carr

Holly P. Carr, CPA, currently serves as Managing Director of Forensics at BDO USA since March 2023. Previously, Carr held the position of Assistant Director in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from December 2010 to September 2021, where responsibilities included program management and serving as an accounting subject matter expert for the Tips, Complaints, and Referrals (TCR) program. Carr has also worked as Manager of Accounting Policy & SEC Reporting at Marriott International, focusing on accounting for complex transactions and compliance during the financial crisis, and as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, overseeing audit procedures and SOX implementation. Carr earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Hillsdale College in 2003.
