Jena Hoover

Jena Hoover is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and learning management, currently serving as a People and Culture Senior Analyst Systems at BDO USA since July 2022. In this role, Jena leads technical support for various Oracle Cloud applications, focusing on recruitment and performance management systems. Prior to BDO USA, Jena spent over eight years at Nationwide Children's Hospital, holding positions as Lead Learning and Performance Management Analyst and Senior Learning and Performance Management Analyst, where responsibilities included managing the Learning Management System and providing training to numerous sub-administrators. Jena's earlier career includes roles at OPERS as an Enterprise Learning Specialist and Executive Assistant, along with experience at Home Savings & Loan Company as a Training Facilitator. Jena holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and an Associate's degree in Business Administration, both from Franklin University.
