Jennifer Pedroni

Jennifer Pedroni is currently a Managing Director at BDO USA since May 2023, having previously held the title of Director at BDO FMA from January 2019 to August 2024. With extensive experience in organizational development, financial management, and grant administration, Jennifer served as Vice President of Administration at HealthSpark Foundation and Finance Manager at North Penn Community Health Foundation. Jennifer's academic background includes a Master's Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a BBA in Accounting from Fox School of Business at Temple University. Additional roles include Adjunct Faculty at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and various positions within the Annenberg Foundation, where Jennifer oversaw significant grant management processes and budget development.
