Nick Boegel

Nick Boegel is a Tax Managing Director at BDO USA, LLP, with 17 years of extensive experience in tax consulting. Specializing in complex state and local tax issues, Nick has expertise in areas such as income and franchise tax, sales and use tax, payroll and employment tax, and property taxes including unclaimed property. Prior to joining BDO, Nick was the owner and one of the founding members of Reinhart Consulting Services, LLC, and worked as a Tax Manager at Deloitte, focusing on state and local tax consulting for corporate clients. Nick holds a JD/MBA degree in Law, an MBA in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, and a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from Boston University.
