Arthur Pouwels is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Group Quality Manager at BDR Thermea Group since August 2022, Arthur has previously held key roles such as Sr. Quality Manager and Global QESH Director at HITEC Power Protection, and Manager QSHE at Recticel. Prior experience includes leadership positions focused on quality management and supplier quality at companies like voestalpine Polynorm B.V., Apollo Vredestein, and Actuant Corporation. Arthur is skilled in developing and implementing quality standards, including ISO/TS16949, and has a background in quality assurance and testing from earlier roles at Sensata Technologies and Texas Instruments.
