Dr. Wenting Sun RC has a diverse work experience. Starting from 2008, they worked as a Sales Marketing Assistant at Senza International until 2010. In the same year, they joined HMSHost Europe as a Finance Intern. In 2011, they joined AkzoNobel and held various roles, including Financial Analyst, Plant and Business Controller, and Business Unit IC Integrated Supply Chain Manufacturing Cost Controller. drs. Wenting worked at AkzoNobel until 2019. Since then, Dr. Sun has been working at BDR Thermea Group, starting as a Group Business Controller and later becoming the Manager of Data Analytics & Business Controller. Currently, they hold the position of Head of BDU Business Controller at BDR Thermea Group.

Dr. Wenting Sun RC has a strong educational background and a range of certifications. drs. Wenting earned two master's degrees from Maastricht University: Dutch Registered Controller (RC) and Executive Master of Finance and Control. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc.) in Business Economics with a focus on Finance from the University of Amsterdam. drs. Wenting'sundergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science (Bsc.) in International Financial Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained certifications in Crucial Conversations, Effectieve Communicatie, Hyperion Enterprise and Hyperion Retrieve, International Financial Reporting Standards, Transfer Pricing, and PRINCE 2 (Project Management).
