Jose Prado Espinosa

Jose Prado Espinosa serves as the Head of R&D and Innovation at BDR Thermea Group since January 2022. With extensive experience in operations management at Hitecsa Cool Air and GRUPO ADISA since June 2012 and July 2014 respectively, Jose also held the position of Product Engineer at Hitachi for a year and spent 18 years at Behr as Product/Process Engineer Manager. Additionally, Jose contributed as a Technical Thermodynamic Teacher at Escola Politécnica del Clot from 1991 to 2010 and worked as Production Manager and R+D Engineer at Johnson Ibérica from 1986 to 1992. Academically, Jose holds an Industrial Engineer degree in Organization and a Technical Engineer degree in Mechanics, both from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
