Natalia Gavrilova

Natalia Gavrilova has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Natalia most recently worked as a Human Resources Director for BDR Thermea Group since August 2021. Prior to that, they were a self-employed Human Resources Consultant from September 2020 to August 2021. From 2013 to 2020, Natalia worked at Dow Chemical, where they held the role of Human Resources/Talent Manager Greater Russia. Natalia also served as the HR Director at Vegas Lex Advocate Bureau from 2010 to 2013. Natalia started their career at McKinsey & Company in 2002, where they worked as a Senior Professional Development Coordinator from 2007 to 2010 and as an HR Generalist from 2002 to 2006.

Natalia Gavrilova attended Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 2001 to 2002, where they studied Psychology of personnel management. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Linguistics from Moscow Pedagogical State University, graduating in 1999. In addition to their formal education, Natalia obtained a certification in "Using Neuroscience for More Effective L&D" from LinkedIn in 2020.
