Ryan Kirkwood

Ryan Kirkwood is an experienced professional in the HVAC industry, currently serving as the Head of Knowledge Transfer at BDR Thermea Group since August 2025. Prior to this, Ryan held various roles at BAXI, including Engineering Solutions Manager and Business Development Manager for Heat Pumps UK/Ireland, where responsibilities included pioneering integrated HVAC solutions and leading strategic initiatives for energy transition. Additional roles included Specification Manager at BAXI and Area Sales Manager at Remeha UK, along with technical positions at Daikin Airconditioning UK Ltd and Hulley and Kirkwood. Ryan's academic background includes a BEng(Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Glasgow, earned in 2008.
