Terry Tilford

Terry Tilford is an experienced procurement and supply chain professional with a strong background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Group Procurement Excellence Manager at BDR Thermea since April 2011, Terry focuses on developing a world-class supply base and managing supplier relationships, contracts, and risk. Previously, Terry held positions including Head of Purchasing and Supply at Heatrae Sadia Heating/Santon, as well as Purchasing Manager in the same organization, where expertise in lean manufacturing and cost management was emphasized. Additional experience includes roles at Heatrod Elements Ltd, Bernard Matthews, and Laurence Scott's and Electro Motors Limited, where Terry contributed to systems improvement, stock control, and materials management. Terry's educational background includes a MCIPS from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and an HND in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Norwich Technical College.
