Lesa Moore

Lesa Moore has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Lesa is currently the Director of Talent Development at BDS Connected Solutions, LLC. Prior to this role, Lesa served as the Senior Manager of Talent Development at the same company. Lesa also worked as the Senior Talent Development Manager at Creative Channel Services, where they focused on leadership development and personal coaching. Lesa's experience also includes being a Senior Training and Operations Manager at MarketStar, where they led training and operational projects. Lesa worked as an Outsourced Consultant/Independent Contractor at Qwest Telecom Software Services Private Limited, where they were involved in business requirements analysis and training content development. Lesa also worked as a Business Analyst and Education SME at Incuhub, contributing to web-based application development. Lesa began their career at Weber State University, where they directed health and wellness programs, facilitated workshops, and served as a Division 1 Head Volleyball Coach. Throughout their career, Lesa has demonstrated a strong focus on talent development, leadership, and operational improvement.

Lesa Moore obtained a Masters of Education (ABT) in Curriculum Design & Instruction from Weber State University from 1994 to 1997. Lesa also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of Louisville. Additionally, Lesa has various certifications, including AQP Facilitating Teams and Groups Training, 4MAT Learning Styles, Master Virtual Trainer - Vignettes Learning, and NetDimensions EKP Learning Management System. Lesa has also completed the NASPA Dorothy Keller New Professional Academy and the NIRSA School of Recreational Sports Management as part of their graduate studies.
