Bernadette M. Rotolo

Bernadette M. Rotolo currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at BDV Solutions since September 2024. With extensive experience in technology leadership, Bernadette has held significant positions at Warner Music Group, including Senior Vice President roles in Global Technology Enablement and as Acting CIO. In addition to corporate roles, Bernadette is active in advisory capacities across multiple organizations, such as HMG Strategy and boldstart ventures. Bernadette's board involvement includes membership in the Board of Directors for SIM NY Metro and LISTnet, alongside various strategic committees. Academically, Bernadette holds a Master of Public Administration in Finance from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Italian from Binghamton University.
