Ellie Petrillo Martins is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations, marketing, and talent management. As the Executive Director of Operations at Be Aveda Institutes since January 2019, Ellie has led regional marketing strategies and managed comprehensive retail marketing calendars. Prior experience at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. includes roles in freelance talent management and trade marketing, where Ellie supported a significant freelance talent population and executed tailored marketing campaigns. Earlier roles in retail and human resources, including positions at Neill-TSP and consulting firms, further solidified expertise in customer relationships, operational planning, and talent acquisition. Ellie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Florida State University.
