Kathryn Valenti

Kathryn Valenti is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in higher education and strategic operations. Currently serving as the Executive Director of People Strategic Operations within the Human Resources department at the University of Notre Dame since 2007, Kathryn has held multiple senior leadership positions, including Senior Director of Organizational Strategy and Senior Director of Financial Administration and Strategy within University Relations. Prior to this, Kathryn gained experience in audit and advisory services as an Associate at PwC from 2002 to 2005. Kathryn holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the same institution.
