Carolina Habeyche

Carolina Habeyche has a diverse work experience in the cosmetics industry. Carolina founded Be BelezaTech in 2020, where they currently hold the role of Founder. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2021, they worked at Cacá Make Up, where they were a founding member and Creative Director. Their responsibilities included developing and implementing self-makeup and professional courses, training sales teams, and providing makeup artist services and consulting. Carolina also developed a method of teaching makeup and taught over 2 individuals.

Carolina Habeyche worked as a Business Development Manager at Intercos from 2014 to 2016. In this role, they were responsible for developing new makeup products and projects for B2B clients, managing national and international makeup companies operating in the Brazilian market, and conducting market research for product development.

From 2012 to 2012, they worked as a Training Coordinator for Brazil at Restoque S/A. Their responsibilities included developing the visual identity of Le Lis Blanc Beauté, creating training strategies and materials, coordinating classes throughout Brazil, and training the cosmetics sales team.

Carolina Habeyche established Cacá Habeyche in 2007, where they worked as a Consultant for Product Development until 2012. During this time, they revamped Panvel Pharmacies' makeup line by introducing makeup collections, developing new products, colors, and packaging. Carolina also implemented new campaign concepts and themes, tested product quality, and trained sales personnel across multiple stores.

Additionally, they had a brief experience as a visitor at international fairs from 2011 to 2012.

Carolina Habeyche's education history includes several degrees and specializations in various fields. In 2001, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Juridical and Social Sciences from PUCRS. In 2006, they pursued a postgraduate degree in Fashion Project Management from the Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina, which they completed in 2008. In 2007, Carolina pursued a specialization in Theatrical Makeup at the Instituto Superior de Arte do Teatro Colón. Later in 2010, they completed a specialization in Beauty-Fashion-Visagism at the Make Up Forever Academy Paris. From 2012 to 2013, Carolina attended the Associação Brasileira de Cosmetologia and obtained a postgraduate degree in the Development and Production of Cosmetic Products. Additionally, in 2012, they also pursued a degree in Makeup Formulations from the same institution. Overall, Carolina Habeyche has a diverse educational background covering areas such as law, fashion, cosmetics, and theater makeup.
