Carlos Candido

Carlos Candido has over 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Carlos began their career in 2001 as a Systems Engineer at New England Controls. In 2006, they moved to Biogen Idec as an Automation Engineer - Capital Projects and Automation Engineering Manager. In 2009, they joined Sanofi Genzyme as an Associate Director, Automation Engineering and Process Engineering Manager, Automation. In 2013, they began working at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as an Associate Director, Automation Engineering, Associate Director, Clinical Manufacturing, and Director, Manufacturing. In 2018, they became the Sr. Director Technical Operations, Site Head at Pall Life Sciences. In 2020, they joined bluebird bio as a Sr. Director Patient Supply and Director External Manufacturing. Currently, they are the Vice President, External Manufacturing & Supply Chain at Be Biopharma.

Carlos Candido attended Northeastern University from 1998 to 2003.
