Lisa Kelliher

Lisa Kelliher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and education management. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Be Challenged since September 2022, Lisa manages HR functions, strategizes for team collaboration, provides expert advice to leadership, and oversees recruitment and compliance. Prior roles include Deputy Principal Academic Operations and Director of Teacher Effectiveness at International Grammar School, where Lisa enhanced academic programs and assessed teaching performance. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Registration Officer at the NSW Education Standards Authority and leading the English department at Roseville College. Lisa holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Education from Macquarie University and a Professional Certificate in School Leadership from the University of Newcastle.
