Customer Communications Manager at Be Fibre

Val Connor has over 22 years of work experience in the marketing and communications field. Val began their career in 1998 as a CRM Project Co-ordinator at Bentley Motors Ltd. In 2004, they moved to Mobious as an Account Manager, followed by a role as Marketing Manager at em-financial in 2005. In 2008, they became a Marketing Communications Manager at Britannia Building Society. From 2011 to 2014, Val Connor worked at The Co-operative Banking Group, first as a Customer Collateral Consultant and then as a Marketing Consultant. In 2016, they joined The Co-operative Bank plc as a Customer Communications Lead, and in 2021 they became a Marketing Manager at Everything Genetic. Currently, Val Connor is a Customer Communications Manager at BeFibre.

Val Connor attended Holmes Chapel Comprehensive, followed by Staffordshire University where they obtained a 2:1 in Business Administration from 1991 to 1995. They then attended The University of Huddersfield and obtained a certificate in management in 2000-2001. Val also obtained a certification in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in April 2021.
