Caroline Harper

Caroline Harper is currently the Deputy Managing Director and Chief Planning Director at Be First Regeneration Limited, a company focused on urban regeneration in Barking & Dagenham. Caroline has held various mentoring and leadership roles in organizations like New London Architecture, Centre for London, PUBLIC PRACTICE, and Future of London. Caroline also has extensive experience in planning and development, having worked as a Director at JLL and in various planning roles at CBRE. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Development Planning from the University of Reading and has a background in Geography from Queen Mary University of London, Syracuse University, and Simon Fraser University.
