Tim Thomas

Tim Thomas is an experienced professional in transport, infrastructure, and policy planning, currently serving as Head of Transport, Infrastructure and Policy Planning at Be First Regeneration Limited since January 2020, where the focus is on accelerating growth and regeneration in Barking and Dagenham. Prior to this role, Tim spent several years at Transport for London in various capacities, including Growth Area Manager and Senior Project Manager, contributing to major urban regeneration and transport projects across London. With a background that includes managing international projects at Network Rail and Parsons Brinckerhoff, Tim holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Project Management from the University of Reading and a Master's in Engineering Geology from Imperial College London.
