Latoya Adriano Martins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships, marketing, and communication. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships & Growth at Be Girl since June 2025, Latoya leads global sales initiatives and collaborations with various organizations to enhance impact and drive revenue. As Chairwoman of Communication and Cooperation at New Faces New Voices since February 2024, Latoya contributes to advocacy and development initiatives. Previously, Latoya held significant roles at ENGIE Energy Access (Africa), achieving substantial sales growth and implementing effective strategies, and at Zoona, overseeing marketing and training efforts.
