Rachael Gass

Rachael Gass is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational consulting, coaching, and leadership development. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Culture Consultant at Be Kind Lyfe, LLC, Rachael also operates Rachael Gass Organizational Consulting & Coaching and works as an Executive Coach at SBG Leadership Coaching and Consulting. Previous roles include advisory positions at Firmconnect and executive consulting at Kaiser Permanente, where Rachael held various leadership positions from May 2009 to September 2020. Prior experience includes project management roles at Unisys and Perot Systems, as well as business analysis at Sandhills Global. Rachael holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Arizona State University, a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University, and a Post Graduate Coaching Certification in Leadership Coaching from the College of Executive Coaching.
