Sarah Vandervreken has a strong HR background with experience in various companies. Sarah currently works as an HR Lead at Be-Mobile and Proximus SpearIT, where they are responsible for defining and implementing HR strategies to support ambitious business plans. Prior to this, Sarah worked as a People and Culture Manager at Duke & Grace, where they focused on developing a people strategy aligned with company goals. Sarah also gained experience as a Global HR Business Partner at Barco and as an HR Recruiter at Mediahuis nv, where they were involved in recruitment and employer branding projects. Sarah started their career as a Sales Consultant at Oxynade and completed an internship in recruitment at Barco.
Sarah Vandervreken has a strong educational background in various fields. Sarah completed their Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Ghent University between 2003 and 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Economics at the same university, completing it in 2009. In 2016 and 2017, Sarah attended Antwerp Management School for a Master Class in HRM.
To further enhance their skills and knowledge, Sarah undertook a program called "Take The Lead" in Digital Transformation at Vlerick Business School in 2019. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an Enterprise Design Thinking Advocate from IBM in September 2019.
Continuing their professional development, Sarah enrolled in the HR Academy in 2022 and completed a Masterclass Teamcoaching.
