Jackie Carter

Jackie Carter is an experienced project manager with a strong background in estimating and piping supervision. Currently serving as a Project Manager at B&E Resources, Ltd. since October 2018, Jackie's previous roles include Estimator/Project Manager at Civil Mechanical Inc. and Estimator at JV Industrial Companies, Ltd. In addition to these positions, Jackie has experience as a Pipe Fabricator and Piping Supervisor at Ohmstede Ltd. Jackie began education at Silsbee High School, graduating in 2003 with a diploma in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications, and has furthered education at Lamar Institute of Technology.
