Dillon Wiley is an experienced logistics and patient operations professional with a background in healthcare support and education. Currently serving as a Logistics Coordinator at Be The Match BioTherapies since November 2022, Dillon previously held roles at Be The Match as a Donor Operations Specialist and Donor Navigator. Prior to this, Dillon worked with the American Cancer Society from April 2017 to November 2019, focusing on patient navigation and resources at the Swedish Cancer Institute, where responsibilities included conducting needs assessments and facilitating access to care for underserved patients. Dillon also contributed as a Patient Resource Specialist, effectively managing high caseloads of patient inquiries. Earlier experience includes serving as a Supplemental Instruction Leader at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, where Dillon developed instructional sessions to support undergraduate students.
