Cristan Higa

Cristan Higa Mueller has a diverse background in health operations and communications, currently serving as the Chief Health Operations & Communications Officer at Beach Cities Health District since April 2011. In this role, Cristan manages various aspects of internal and external communications, focusing on health promotions, public relations, community engagement, partnerships, and marketing, while also overseeing health and fitness operations for AdventurePlex and the Center for Health & Fitness. Prior to this position, Cristan held multiple roles at PCGCampbell, including Account Executive and Assistant Account Executive. Cristan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports Business from the University of Oregon, graduating in 2006.
