Howard Fishman

Howard Fishman has extensive experience in public service and risk management, currently serving as a Community Volunteer for Beach Cities Health District since July 2019. Fishman has been a Risk Management Consultant for Boy Scouts of America since 2010 and previously held positions as a Risk Management Consultant for the City of El Segundo and self-employed, as well as Risk Manager for the City of Manhattan Beach from 1981 to 2009. Fishman also served as a Retired City Councilmember and Mayor for the City of Hermosa Beach between 2009 and 2013. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College (CUNY) and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Brooklyn College.
