Jackie Berling

Jackie Berling has extensive experience in human resources and operations, with roles including Director of Human Resources at Riscorp/Griffin Holdings from 1994 to 1998, Divisional Human Resources Director at NEC from 1998 to 2002, and Chief Wellness Officer at Beach Cities Health District since 2002. At Beach Cities Health District, they have also served as Chief Operations and Innovation Officer since 2019, overseeing the development and implementation of growth strategies for various programs and facilities.

Jackie Berling earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. Jackie further pursued their education by obtaining a Master's Degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from California State University-Dominguez Hills, followed by a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management from Drexel University.
