Karen Blanchard holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University and a Liberal Studies degree in Music Education from California State University, Long Beach. With extensive experience in various roles, Karen currently serves as a Community Volunteer at Beach Cities Health District, contributing to a welcoming environment, and volunteers with the Peter Zippi Memorial Fund, focusing on animal rescue and assistance. Additionally, Karen has been the Social Media Marketing Manager for Sandra Cruze Productions since 2009, where responsibilities include supporting female entrepreneurs through brand development and social media marketing. Previously, Karen had a long tenure at Toyota North America, where roles ranged from Customer Service to Change Management, overseeing enterprise Information Systems implementations and ensuring effective organizational change.
