Tim Carter

Tim Carter is a seasoned geologist with extensive experience in exploration and geoscience. Currently serving as a Staff Geologist at Beach Energy Ltd since November 2022, Tim previously held the role of Senior Exploration Geoscientist and Exploration Geologist at Todd Energy from November 2015 to December 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an Exploration Geologist at Pura Vida Energy and Woodside Energy, where Tim honed technical skills in seismic interpretation, prospect generation, and risk evaluation across various Australian basins. Tim began the career as a Technical Assistant at ExxonMobil after earning a PhD in Geology from the University of Melbourne. A background in leading complex geological assessments and working closely with joint venture partners solidifies Tim's expertise in the field.
