Rachel B Shanks

Rachel B Shanks is a highly experienced geologist and drilling supervisor with a comprehensive background in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Drilling Supervisor at ConocoPhillips since February 2013, Rachel has held several senior geology roles, including Asset Geologist for the Midland Basin South and Implementation Geologist for Eagle Ford. Prior experience includes operations as a geologist in the North Sea and roles at GTS Geotech as a Data Manager, SFF Services as an Administrator, and Baker Hughes as a GeoTechnician. Rachel holds a Master’s Degree in Petroleum Geoscience from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a BSc in Geology from The University of Edinburgh.
