Catherine is currently serving as the President of BEACH HOUSE GROUP, a start-up fragrance brand, where they provide overall strategic direction and leads a team of professionals. Prior to this, Catherine worked as a Strategic Consultant and Advisor for a period of six months. Catherine also held various leadership roles at Coty, including Vice President, Global Calvin Klein Marketing, where they were responsible for driving $1 billion in annual retail sales. Catherine has also worked at Parlux Fragrances LLC/LTD. as the Global Vice President of Marketing and Brand Development, and at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as the Executive Director of Global Marketing for Aramis and Designer Fragrances. Catherine started their career at Unilever Cosmetics International and Elizabeth Arden, where they gained experience in global marketing and brand management. Catherine's expertise lies in strategic planning, sales and marketing, customer acquisition, product development, and budgeting, among other areas.
Catherine Russell has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Luxury Brand Management from ESSEC Business School. Catherine also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and International Business from the University of Michigan.
