Melissa Cole

Melissa Cole has been working in the operations field since 2003. Melissa began their career as an Accounts Receivable/Payable at University of Louisville Physicians. Melissa then moved on to Trillium as an RMA Coordinator in 2004, followed by a Planner role at Jabil in 2005. In 2014, they joined Derby Supply Chain Solutions as a Production Analyst. In 2018, they began working at Pit Barrel Cooker Co. as an Operations Analyst and Warehouse Manager. In 2020, they took on the role of Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager at DIFF Eyewear. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Director of Operations at BEACH HOUSE GROUP.

Melissa Cole attended the University of Louisville from 2002 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General.
