Eric Majchrzak

Eric Majchrzak is CEO and shareholder of BeachFleischman PC. He joined BeachFleischman in 2012 and is responsible for the firm’s overall strategic direction while ensuring the mission, vision, and values are met. Eric works to motivate and inspire team members at BeachFleischman (and affiliates) to drive innovation and transformation so that the firm enhances its competitive advantage in providing value to clients. He has been named multiple times by the editorial team of Accounting Today magazine as one of the “Top 100 Most Influential People” in the accounting profession. He was acknowledged alongside others for making an impact on the profession, including regulators, agency heads, congressional leaders, top consultants, and CEOs. In 2018, he was inducted into the Association for Accounting Marketing’s “Hall of Fame” and was the recipient of the “Bruce Marcus Lifetime Fellowship” award. He was acknowledged for his contributions in disrupting the way accounting firms practice marketing and was credited with helping lead the profession into the digital and social media age. In 2015, he won the prestigious “Marketer of the Year” award, presented by Inside Public Accounting at the Association for Accounting Marketing’s Annual Summit and AICPA Practitioners Symposium & Tech Plus conference in Orlando, FL. Eric is a past two-term board member-at-large of the Association for Accounting Marketing and a past advisory board member with Thomson Reuters’ Checkpoint Marketing For Firms. As an instructor at the Accounting Today Institute, Eric helped develop one of the accounting profession’s first eLearning series on social media. He was a contributing author of the AICPA’s Social Media Handbook for PCPS members (2016 re-issue) and a contributing blogger/author for Intuit’s Accountants Blog. He was previously the Director of Marketing for Freed Maxick CPAs (a Top 100 Largest Firm in the U.S.) and through Freed’s alternative practice structure with RSM McGladrey, he was one of RSM McGladrey’s Great Lakes regional marketing directors.
