Ashley Douglas Persico, M.Ed., BCBA, LABA has extensive experience in applied behavior analysis, holding various roles such as Associate Vice President of Treatment, Regional Director, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and Behavior Therapist. With a strong background in psychology and education, Ashley focuses on developing interventions, overseeing clinical practices, and training staff for growth and competence. Currently pursuing a PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Ashley is dedicated to making data-driven decisions and providing high-quality services to clients.
