Banasha King has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Banasha is currently the Managing Director for Life Sciences at Beacon Capital Partners since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Johnson & Johnson as the Senior Director of E&PS FM Americas from September 2019 to July 2022. Before that, they served as the Director of EFM – Americas West Subregion at Johnson and Johnson from June 2016 to September 2019. Banasha also held the position of Sr. Manager of Supplier Governance - Americas at Johnson & Johnson from April 2014 to June 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked at LifeScan as the Procurement Manager for Indirect Categories Med Device from March 2008 to April 2014. Banasha also held the roles of Site Services Manager at Johnson & Johnson from December 2000 to March 2008 and Facilities Associate at Johnson & Johnson from December 1995 to May 2000.

Banasha King attended San Diego State University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
