Jason Rascoe has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Jason currently holds the position of Managing Director at Beacon Capital Partners, where they have been working since August 2021. Prior to this role, they held various positions at the same company, including Senior Vice President from 2014 to 2017, Vice President from 2010 to 2014, Associate from 2008 to 2010, and Analyst from 2006 to 2008. During their time at Beacon Capital Partners, they were responsible for acquisitions in the Washington, D.C. region as well as Nashville, TN and Raleigh, NC.
Outside of Beacon Capital Partners, Jason was a Founding Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners starting from January 2016. Before this, they worked as an Analyst at Banc of America Securities from 2003 to 2006. In this position, they gained valuable experience before transitioning to Beacon Capital Partners.
Jason Rascoe attended the University of Virginia from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce.
